Christmas Fair Brookside School

Christmas Fair Brookside School

Friday 7th Dec. from 6-8 p.m.

All welcome

Friends of Brookside is a charity, established to enhance the educational experience of children at Brookside School, Compton Dundon’s catchment area primary school. In the past, money has been raised for such things as landscaping gardens in the school grounds, subsidising school trips and purchasing a minibus.

We need raffle prizes for our Christmas Fair— maybe you are a business happy to sponsor us with a prize?

Also we run a jar tombola. Do you have any empty jam jars and lids? Please fill them with small items such as sweets, crayons, hair bands, Lego, pens and pencils … see where your imagination takes you!

Any donations can be given to Rebecca Wells (tel 01458 273874).

I am happy to collect from you.

THE BIG BREAKFAST

The ever popular Big Breakfast will once again be taking place

at the Meadway Hall, on Saturday 24 November from 9 am until noon.

There will be a raffle; a Save The Children stall and a number of stalls selling cards; wrapping paper & other Christmas items.

Don’t forget to put the date in your diary

 Get Stirring for Christmas

Not only can you sample a ‘legendary’ cooked breakfast  but the kids can start weighing and mixing the ingredients for this year’s Christmas puddings. Then they can finish the job: mixing and wishing, at the STIR-UP Sunday Service at the Church on the 25th November at 10.00am.

For further information call Rebecca on 01458 273874

Don’t forget

You can also order your beautifully wrapped individual Pudding at the Stir–Up Sunday Service

All are welcome, so do come along.
